## Title: Call Center Agent

About the Position

SWECOM is seeking a Call Center Agent to strengthen its team. This role is based in Douala, Cameroon.

Key Responsibilities

As a Call Center Agent, you will handle customer interactions, provide support, and achieve performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum High School Certificate (Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Outstanding communication skills in English and/or French
  • Strong listening and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to perform under pressure and achieve targets
  • Basic computer proficiency
