About the Role

SAASA B2E is seeking an engaged and organized professional to manage accommodation operations at the Kiabukwa site. This position reports directly to the Site Manager and serves as the key contact for all residential facilities and personnel lodging needs.

Primary Responsibilities

Room Assignment & Occupancy Oversight

• Allocate rooms to new personnel and maintain current documentation of room assignments
• Provide orientation to residents regarding facility policies, safety protocols, and behavioral expectations
• Conduct regular facility inspections to verify compliance with site regulations and proper usage standards

Asset & Supply Management

• Track inventory of all room furnishings, bedding materials, and related equipment
• Monitor consumption of linens, cleaning products, and other essential supplies
• Anticipate supply needs and submit timely requests to prevent depletion of stock

Maintenance & Issue Resolution

• Serve as the primary contact for residents requiring assistance with their accommodations
• Document and manage maintenance requests across electrical, plumbing, furniture, and other facility needs
• Perform preventive inspections to identify and resolve minor issues promptly

Cleanliness & Housekeeping Standards

• Direct housekeeping personnel in their daily responsibilities and productivity
• Execute thorough inspections of bedrooms and shared spaces to maintain quality sanitation
• Establish and enforce cleaning schedules and procedures throughout residential zones

Laundry & Support Services

• Manage laundry operations to ensure timely processing and distribution of resident clothing and site linens
