About the Position

SAASA B2E is seeking a skilled Lounge/Restaurant Server to join one of our partner establishments. The successful candidate will deliver top-tier dining service, manage orders efficiently, maintain a spotless environment, and collaborate effectively with the team.

Main Responsibilities

Preparation and Mise en Place

• Ensure the lounge and dining areas are guest-ready before service, including floor and restroom sanitation, table settings, and polishing glassware
• Monitor and refill essential service supplies such as cutlery, napkins, and condiments
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to guarantee a fluid service workflow

Guest Service

• Greet and escort patrons to their tables, present menus, and offer informed suggestions
• Record and deliver food and beverage orders with speed and precision
• Provide attentive care and accommodate specific guest requests to ensure a premium experience
• Handle billing and payment transactions accurately

Sanitation and Upkeep

• Uphold high hygiene standards in the service zone throughout the shift
• Clear, sanitize, and reset tables immediately after guest departure
• Adhere to deep-cleaning schedules for all lounge equipment and common spaces

Customer Relations

• Manage and resolve guest concerns promptly or report them to supervisors when needed
• Interact with clients to gauge satisfaction and foster brand loyalty

Collaborative Teamwork

• Partner with colleagues to maintain seamless service delivery during peak hours
• Support team members during busy intervals and promote a constructive workplace culture

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar hospitality role
• Hospitality Management degree or certificate
• Fluency in French (English proficiency is a major asset)
• Reliability and professional demeanor
• Availability to work evening and late-night shifts
