## Title: Project Director

About the Organization

Teamsmart Groupe S.A is launching a mobility platform initiative and seeking experienced leadership professionals to establish our founding team in the South West Region.

Position Overview

We are recruiting a Project Director to provide strategic oversight of the TAARA Mobility Platform launch. This role involves directing all operational aspects, fostering organizational growth, building key partnerships, and ensuring the successful achievement of company objectives.

Position Details

  • Location: Buea and Limbe, South West Region, Cameroon
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Probation Period: 6 months
  • Position Type: Founding Team Member (6 founding positions available)

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and oversee the implementation of TAARA's strategic roadmap
  • Direct fundraising initiatives and manage relationships with investors
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, public sector entities, and transportation associations
  • Provide direct supervision and guidance to all departments and team members
  • Track financial performance and operational metrics against established benchmarks
  • Maintain adherence to all applicable regulatory and compliance standards
  • Present progress reports and strategic updates to executive leadership and the Board

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree minimum (Master's degree preferred) in Management, Business, Commerce, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of management-level experience, with preference for backgrounds in technology, logistics, or mobility sectors
  • Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, business development, and stakeholder engagement
  • Proven track record in managing teams and budgets effectively

Performance Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by the following key indicators:

  • Platform launch completion within scheduled timeline
  • Achievement of revenue targets aligned with monthly projections
  • Timely submission of investor documentation and reports
  • Achievement of customer and driver acquisition objectives
  • Attainment of operational break-even between months 8 and 9
