Serenity Medical Center is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to support its pharmacy operations in Yaoundé, Cameroon.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the distribution and sale of pharmaceutical products and health-related merchandise to customers
• Oversee inventory management and conduct regular stock verification procedures
• Operate the pharmacy management software system for processing transactions, generating documentation, and monitoring supplies
• Ensure the pharmacy workspace remains clean, orderly, and maintains professional standards
• Work in coordination with clinical staff, healthcare providers, laboratory personnel, and administrative departments
• Provide attentive, respectful, and professional assistance to all customers

Required Qualifications

• Previous background in pharmaceutical inventory control or retail sales (advantageous)
• Capacity to perform effectively as part of a collaborative workplace environment
• Fundamental IT competency with Microsoft Word proficiency preferred
• Bilingual proficiency with French fluency and conversational English capability desirable
• Demonstrates integrity, strong organizational capabilities, professionalism, and commitment to professional growth
