About the Role

We are seeking a commercially focused leader with a proven history of expanding loan portfolios while maintaining strict risk management. The Operations Manager will assume full responsibility for our lending operations, encompassing portfolio expansion, debt recovery, regulatory adherence, and team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio growth and achieve business development targets
• Oversee collections processes to minimize delinquencies
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
• Manage and optimize team performance across lending functions
• Combine strategic commercial instincts with disciplined credit control

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record in growing loan books while controlling risk
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Commercially driven mindset with excellent business development skills
• Experience in microfinance or related financial services preferred
