About the Position
SWECOM is seeking a Call Center Agent to strengthen its team. This role is based in Douala, Cameroon.
Key Responsibilities
As a Call Center Agent, you will handle customer interactions, provide support, and achieve performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum High School Certificate (Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Outstanding communication skills in English and/or French
- Strong listening and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to perform under pressure and achieve targets
- Basic computer proficiency
