Overview
Tearfund Rwanda invites qualified and licensed insurance companies to submit quotations for the provision of motor vehicle insurance services for its fleet. This RFQ covers both Comprehensive and Third-Party insurance options.

Required Quotation Information
Bidders must complete the following financial comparison for each vehicle:
- Comprehensive Premium
- Third-Party Premium
- Excess
- Total Cost
Coverage Requirements
For Third-Party insurance coverage, Fire and Theft protection must be included in the quotation.

Submission Requirements
- Completed quotation
- At least 2 signed service completion certificates

- Late submissions will be disqualified
