Key Requirements

- At least 2-5 years' experience in insurance operations, customer service, underwriting support, or a service center role
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple service priorities
- Professional insurance qualification (added advantage)
- Exposure to life insurance servicing, customer retention, or distribution support (preferred)
