About You

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate service delivery across the service center
- Support insurance agents in their operations
- Manage customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Contribute to policy retention initiatives
- Provide underwriting support as needed
- Support distribution operations
- Manage multiple service priorities with high attention to detail
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2-5 years' experience in insurance operations, customer service, underwriting support, or a service center role
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple service priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional insurance qualification
- Exposure to life insurance servicing, customer retention, or distribution support
