Key Responsibilities

The role involves ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment within the cement manufacturing plant. Specific duties may include:

• Performing routine and preventive maintenance on machinery
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical faults
• Repairing and replacing defective components
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records
• Adhering to safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborating with other team members to optimize plant performance

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Relevant technical qualification in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within an industrial setting, preferably in cement manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
