Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Locum Nurse Counsellor to join our team at multiple sites in Zimbabwe (Mutare, Gweru, and Harare). Reporting directly to the Site Manager/Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering comprehensive clinical care to key population clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services encompassing HIV prevention, treatment, and ongoing care
• Deliver Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) services to clients
• Conduct counselling sessions, HIV testing, and provide health information and education
• Offer services across multiple settings, including static clinics, local outreach programmes, night outreach sessions, and mobile health units
• Work under the direct supervision of the Site Manager/Lead to ensure quality service delivery
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in line with organisational protocols
• Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions

Working Conditions

This is a locum (relief) position requiring flexibility to work across different times, including evenings for night outreach activities. Travel to various outreach locations may be required depending on service needs.
