Projects Coordinator - Expiry Date: 2026-08-07

The Projects Coordinator provides essential support to the Group Projects Manager, ensuring full visibility and control over all capital projects approved by the Board. This full-time position is responsible for coordinating project timelines, procurement preparation, governance reporting, project registers, dashboards, and documentation across the entire Group, enabling timely and well-informed decision-making at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Group Projects Manager in maintaining oversight of all Board-approved capital projects at the portfolio level
• Coordinate and track project schedules to ensure milestones are met across the Group
• Prepare and manage procurement readiness activities in alignment with project timelines
• Compile and maintain governance reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Keep accurate and up-to-date project registers and documentation
• Maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into portfolio performance
• Facilitate timely and informed decision-making through structured reporting and communication

• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in documentation
