Sales Representative Urgently Needed for Restaurant and Retail Industry

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, driven Sales Representative to help grow our business by signing up new retail clients and restaurant clients across shopping malls and retail centres in Cape Town. You will be the face of our brand, building relationships and introducing our retail staffing solution to businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit shopping malls and retail centres to identify and approach potential clients
• Engage with store owners, managers, and centre management
• Introduce and pitch our retail staffing solution
• Sign up new businesses to use our platform
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients
• Travel between various malls, restaurants, and retail centres

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience
• Own car or very reliable transport
• Own phone and laptop with reliable internet access

• Confident, well-spoken, and presentable
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable approaching businesses and initiating conversations
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Remuneration & Incentives

• Basic salary: R7,000 per month (3 months probation period)
• Commission earned on every new shop, restaurant, or client signed up
• High earning potential for strong performers
• Unlimited commission potential
