Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance
• Recommend products and merchandise to help customers make informed decisions
• Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally
• Inform customers about sales, promotions, and store policies
• Demonstrate how products work
• Process payments and package purchases
• Stock merchandise and create attractive displays
• Maintain shop cleanliness and tidiness
• Take stock inventory and monitor the sales floor

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail experience in fashion
• Matric Certificate
• Valid South African ID

Required Skills & Competencies

• Effective communication abilities
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic mathematics
• Professional appearance
• Friendly and outgoing demeanor
• Genuine concern for others and desire to help
• Knowledge of point of sale (POS) systems
• Strong customer service skills

Working Conditions

Must be flexible with shift work. Shifts available: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Compensation

Basic salary: R6,000 per month, plus individual commission incentive upon reaching monthly sales targets and store target incentive
