About the Role
B9 Debt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Worker to join our growing team. This is a sales-focused position requiring you to work independently in the field, delivering legal documents, engaging clients, and securing payment arrangements across Port Elizabeth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver legal documents (including judgments) to various places of employment
- Engage with clients and secure payment arrangements
- Capture and update information on system portals
- Submit accurate daily reports
- Plan and manage daily routes efficiently
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Own reliable, roadworthy vehicle (proof of ownership/roadworthiness required)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales or related field environment
- Proven experience working as a field/road agent
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related field
- Strong communication skills in English (Afrikaans advantageous)
- Computer literate with Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Professional, well-spoken, and confident demeanor

- Self-driven individual capable of working independently
- Strong sales ability and confidence in client engagement
- Proven track record of on-the-road work
- High level of accountability, discipline, and consistency
- Ability to close deals
Remuneration & Benefits
- Basic salary
- Commission
- Weekly performance bonuses

Earning Potential
Average earnings: R15,000 – R18,000 per month
High performers: R20,000 – R25,000+ per month
