Experienced Bookkeeper Wanted – Bedfordview (Min 3 Years Exp)

A dynamic company based in Bedfordview is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our daily financial transactions and accounting functions. If you are highly organized, accurate with numbers, and thrive in a professional environment, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing full-function bookkeeping up to Trial Balance.

• Processing supplier invoices, debtor invoicing, and monthly statements.

• Performing bank, credit card, and petty cash reconciliations.

• Preparing and submitting monthly statutory returns (VAT, PAYE, UIF).

• Assisting with payroll administration and general financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of solid bookkeeping experience (essential).

• Software: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage Pastel, Xero, or QuickBooks) and MS Excel.

• Location: Must reside in or within reasonable travelling distance to Bedfordview.

• Attributes: Strong numerical accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
