About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Claims Administrator. This position is based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth).
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and managing claims
- Following up on outstanding information
- Liaising with clients and service providers
- Ensuring accurate record keeping
Requirements
- Previous experience in claims/administration (required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
