Core Requirements

South African citizen
Resident of Atlantis or surrounding areas
Minimum Grade 11 qualification
At least 1 year experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels or similar hospitality environments
Strong communication skills and professional attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events

Additional Requirements for Chefs

N4 or N5 Culinary Certificate (or currently completing/close to completion)
Proven kitchen experience in a professional environment
