NOTICE OF INVITATION TO TENDER N° A-RWA
Title: ACQUISITION OF HYBRID CLONED EUCALYPTUS PLANTLETS (goods)
In the framework of project RWA/028 receiving financial support from the governmentsof the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and Rwanda
This notice of invitation is launched by and according to the procedures of LuxDev, Luxembourg agency for development and Cooperation, on behalf of project RWA/028 receiving financial support from the governments of Rwanda and of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
1. Identification and financing of the Project/Programme
Title: Project RWA/028 - Sustainable Forestry and Efficient Renewable Energy for Improved Livelihoods Project
Source of financing: The government of Rwanda and the government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg as set out in the project’s bilateral agreement n° dated 18/06/2024.
Status of financing: Approved

3. Eligibility and evaluation criteria
Origin: No restriction
Eligibility: Economic operators satisfying the criteria included in the statement of good standing and in the ethics clauses of the general regulations.
Evaluation: The most economically advantageous tender on the basis of price will be granted the contract.
Variants: No variants will be considered
4. Location and timeframe
Location of the project: Rwanda
Terms and place of delivery: Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) up to 40 sites in Rutsiro and Rubavu Districts (20 specified sites and 20 to be determined)
Performance period of the contract: 9 (nine) months
Validity period of tenders:120 days from the time limit for receipt of tenders
