Supervises one assistant in Niamey to provide information on USG policies, U.S. culture, and U.S. education to the public. Provides research on U.S. issues to the Nigerien public and mission personnel. Recommends which audiences to engage and courses of action for implementing nationwide public diplomacy activities via the American Spaces. Performs outreach to host government and the public.
