Supervises one assistant in Niamey to provide information on USG policies, U.S. culture, and U.S. education to the public. Provides research on U.S. issues to the Nigerien public and mission personnel. Recommends which audiences to engage and courses of action for implementing nationwide public diplomacy activities via the American Spaces. Performs outreach to host government and the public. Advises on, initiates, participates in, and supports mission programming.Qualifications and EvaluationsRequirements:EXPERIENCE: A minimum of at least four years of progressively responsible experience delivering information resources, public education, public affairs, or public relations in a multilingual, multicultural, or multinational public service institution (such as a museum, think tank, American studies or cultural center, or library) is required, with communications, marketing or public relations duties as a significant part of the job.JOB KNOWLEDGE:  Optional: Must understand FAM...
