Provides a full range of executive assistant duties keeping office files and records in accordance with DOS record retention policies and is the in charge of sending notifications, rejections, or seeking clarification from external customers. As needed, escorts non-cleared personnel and outside contractors into non-Controlled Access Areas (non-CAA) for the performance of their dutiesQualifications and EvaluationsRequirements:EXPERIENCE: Four years prior work experience in office management/administration is required.Education Requirements:Two years of University studies in business administration, finance, accounting, or host country equivalent is requiredEvaluations:Post may choose to add the phrase “This may be tested” after a language, skill, and/or ability.
