We are committed to excellence, sustainability, and compliance, ensuring traceability and ethical practices across all our business lines.Role OverviewThe HR Manager will lead the company’s human resource strategy and operations, ensuring effective workforce planning, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. This role requires a proactive leader with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to align HR practices with Testi Trading’s growth ambitions.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company strategy.Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs across multiple departments.Oversee performance management systems, including KPI tracking and appraisal processes.Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and international HR standards.Design and deliver training and capacity-building programs for staff.
