We are committed to excellence, sustainability, and compliance, ensuring traceability and ethical practices across all our business lines.Role OverviewThe General Manager will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Testi Trading PLC, a leading specialty coffee exporter. The role involves managing end-to-end operations, ensuring compliance with international standards, driving expansion into new districts, and strengthening public-private partnerships. The General Manager will report directly to CEO and lead a multidisciplinary team across multiple zones.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company vision and growth targets.Oversee coffee export operations, logistics, certification, and compliance with global standards.Lead feasibility studies and investment planning for new coffee plantation and investment projects.Design and enforce operational systems, SOPs, and audit readiness tools.Ensure traceability, ethical sourcing, and sustainability practices across operations.Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance tracking.Strengthen partnerships with government, coffee suppliers, farmers and international buyers.Supervise HR and training programs to build team capacity. Represent the company in stakeholder engagements, trade fairs, and public events.What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package. Opportunity to shape the HR functions of a fast-growing, multi-sector company.Dynamic work environment with exposure to international markets and partnerships.Career growth in a company committed to sustainability and innovation.Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Employment Type: Full-time
