Job SummaryWe are seeking a caring, responsible, and energetic Teacher Assistant to support classroom teachers in delivering a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for children. The Teacher Assistant will help with daily classroom activities, child supervision, and general classroom organization.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the teacher during lessons, activities, and playtimeAssist children with learning tasks, routines, and transitionsHelp maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroomSupervise children during indoor and outdoor activitiesSupport children’s social, emotional, and behavioral developmentAssist with preparation of learning materials and displaysHelp with meals, hygiene routines, and rest times (as age-appropriate)Observe and report any concerns related to children’s well-being or safetyMaintain professional boundaries and follow school policies at all timesWork collaboratively with teachers and staff
