The main purpose of the Position Supervising the daily logistics activities and providing maintenance to the MSF equipment, facilities and infrastructures, according to MSF standards and protocols in order to maintain the facilities in perfect conditions and collaborate in the development of the mission. Accountabilities  Monitoring maintenance activities of infrastructures and equipment according to MSF standards Ensuring the check and follow-up of facilities under the line LTL's supervision through daily visits to the facilities and reporting any anomalies or problems, evaluation of the rehabilitation needs and following up minor building rehabilitation work according to supervisor's instructions; checking that premises observe security norms and monitoring the consumption of electricity bills. Planning together with the line manager the required checks and maintenance activities of energy systems/set-up according to MSF standards Coordinating and leading the maintenance under his responsibility which includes daily supervision, monitoring of the quality of work and the definition of each person's task, drawing up their working schedules; organizing and leading team meetings; participating in the recruitment of daily workers and attending logistics meetings and accounting for his/her activities. Ensuring the maintenance that includes planning and overseeing timely preventive and curative maintenance of all premises and equipment according to MSF standards, Instructing, and monitoring maintenance on quality work habits and standard checks. Managing and following up orders, which includes collecting logistics orders, drawing up and following up orders according to the supply procedures in force; providing technical support to the purchaser, makes local purchases according to MSF supply procedures. Performing delegated tasks according to his/her activity and as specified in his/her job description.  MSF Section/Context-Specific Accountabilities   Follow-up on all electrical and plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs in the guesthouse and the four Primary Health Care Centres (PHCC’s) are done as per MSF standards. Prepare service agreements, contract and forward it to Logistics Team Leader for review and approval before any work commences. To ensure that all facilities at PHCs and guesthouses are fully supplied with energy including a good back-up system and all the bathrooms are functioning well and electrical cabling done according as per MSF Energy guidelines Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment in PHC’s and the guest house except IT equipment  Ensure routine maintenance and services of vehicles including generators are planned and respected according to MSF standard taken into consideration the service intervals. Manage inventory of spare parts and avoid stock rupture by making regular and timely proposals for orders. Keep track of the arrival of orders and returned repairs, request information in cas...
