Job description

I. Job Responsibilities

Ensure client satisfaction by understanding client needs and delivering appropriate solutions.

Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and effective issue resolution.

II. Job Requirements Language Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentations and negotiations in Arabic, French, and English.

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Skill Requirements

Serve as the main point of contact and build strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and internal stakeholders simultaneously.

Excellent relationship-building skills with a strong sense of empathy and a client-focused mindset.

Develop account strategies and action plans to meet client objectives and company revenue targets.

Knowledge Requirements

Deep understanding of clients’ business environments, market positioning, and strategic goals.

Strong knowledge of the company’s products and service offerings to propose relevant solutions.
