1. Job OverviewOur Carlcare business unit is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Area Supervisor to oversee and manage after-sales service operations within the assigned region.The Area Supervisor will ensure operational excellence, compliance with service standards, and high customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising service centers, supporting service partners, managing spare parts control, resolving escalated cases, and driving continuous improvement across after-sales activities.The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership, technical understanding, and customer service expertise.2. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational SupervisionSupervise daily after-sales service operations within the assigned area.Ensure timely repair, return, and replacement of products in line with company standards.Monitor spare parts availability and control usage to minimize waste and losses.Ensure full compliance with warranty policies and repair procedures.Performance Management & Partner SupportTrain, coach, and evaluate service center staff and technicians.Support service partners in improving productivity and service quality.Conduct regular visits, audits, and performance reviews of service centers.Customer Satisfaction & Issue ResolutionResolve escalated technical or customer-related issues.Handle major complaints and critical customer cases.Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional service behavior.Analyze customer feedback and implement corrective and preventive actions.Reporting & Continuous ImprovementPrepare and submit weekly and monthly operational performance reports.Identify operational gaps and recommend improvement initiatives.3. Required ProfileEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.Proven experience in after-sales operations, service management, or technical supervision (preferably in electronics or telecommunications).Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management skills.Good understanding of after-sales service processes and warranty policies.Ability to analyze operational data and customer feedback.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service centers.Fluent in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.1.
