Job Scope:We are seeking a Personnel Transportation Supervisor to oversee and optimize employee transportation operations across our sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, compliance, and cost control.Key Responsibilities: Design and manage the employee transportation plan aligned with operational shifts.
Coordinate daily with the external transportation provider to ensure service excellence.
Monitor KPIs and optimize routes and transportation costs.
Manage incidents and ensure high employee satisfaction.
Ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across sites.Job Requirements:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Business Administration.- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in transportation management or related field. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel preferred).
Vendor management experience is an asset.Soft Skills: Strong planning and organizational skills.
Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
High level of responsiveness and accountability.
Strong communication skills.
