Fleet Coordinator to join our Logistic team. Main Responsibilities:

Ensure

the daily coordination and availability of the company’s fleet Monitor

vehicle allocation, usage, mileage, and documentation Plan

and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance Coordinate

with workshops, suppliers, and service providers for repairs and servicing Track

fuel consumption, spare parts, and maintenance costs Maintain

and update fleet records and databases Ensure

compliance with legal and safety requirements (insurance, technical

inspections, etc.) Review

and collect drivers’ daily checklists and follow up on incidents Reduce

vehicle downtime and optimize operational efficiency Prepare

weekly and monthly reports on fleet performance (KPIs, costs,

availability) Support

the implementation of fleet policies and safety proceduresEducation & Certifications: Bachelor’s

degree

Minimum

5 years of experience in fleet management

Valid

driving license

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong

organizational and coordination skills Ability

to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Good

knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet operations Proficiency

in MS Office (Excel, Word) /SAP

Strong

communication and reporting skills Attention

to detail and high sense of responsibility Ability

to collaborate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and internal

departments Problem-solving

and decision-making abilities
