Job OverviewOur Business Unit Oraimo is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Supervisor to oversee and develop our distribution and retail network.The Channel Supervisor will be responsible for implementing company strategies in the field, managing relationships with distributors and retail shops, monitoring market competition, and identifying opportunities to strengthen market presence.This role requires strong market knowledge, frequent field visits, and the ability to translate business strategy into effective channel execution.2. Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Management & Strategy ExecutionImplement and follow up on company targets and business strategies within assigned channels.Manage and develop relationships with distributors and retail shops.Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and brand presence in the market.Market Monitoring & Competitive AnalysisCollect and report competitor information including pricing, promotions, and market activities.Analyze market trends and customer behavior.Propose actionable strategies to improve competitiveness and market share.Field OperationsVisit retail shops and distributors on a daily basis to monitor performance and support partners.Provide guidance and support to sales points to improve sales execution.Reporting & Improvement InitiativesPrepare regular market and channel performance reports.Suggest improvements and innovative approaches to win in the market.3. Required ProfileExperience & Market KnowledgePrevious working experience in mobile phones or mobile accessories industry is required.Strong knowledge of mobile and mobile accessory distribution channels.Good understanding of the market, retailers, and customer behavior in the mobile sector.Skills & RequirementsFluent in English (spoken and written).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Analytical mindset with ability to propose market strategies.Must own a car and be willing to travel frequently for field visits.Personal QualitiesProactive and target-oriented.Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Team player with strong problem-solving skills.1.
