Lighthouse Foundation for Adolescent Health Uganda is a multidisciplinary adolescent health and development organization committed to delivering structured medical outreach, mental health support, psychosocial services, counseling, mentorship, and school and community-based programs across Uganda.

Position Overview

As we expand our outreach operations, we invite qualified laboratory professionals to join our locum field team. This is a contractor position based in Kampala, Uganda.

Positions Available

• Laboratory Personnel - 2 Positions

Key Responsibilities

• Provide laboratory services as part of medical outreach operations
• Support adolescent health and development programs
• Work in school and community-based settings
• Contribute to faith-based and community health initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Relevant academic qualifications in laboratory science or related field
• Professional certificate in laboratory technology or equivalent
• Valid practicing license where applicable
• Minimum of 12 months professional experience

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong public speaking and facilitation skills
• Professionalism and ethical conduct
• Experience in community health programs
• Willingness to work in adolescent school and community settings
• Ability to work in faith-based environments
• Demonstrated commitment to adolescent safeguarding
