Position Overview

NTISD seeks to recruit competent and experienced Monitoring & Evaluation Officers (3 positions) to strengthen monitoring, accountability, and reporting under the OCHA-funded programme.

Job Details

• Duty Stations: Northern Region (Adjumani, Kihyandongo, Palorinya, Pailabek)
• Contract Duration: 6 Months (Aligned to OCHA Project Implementation Period)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Reports to: Country M&E Focal Person and WASH Coordinators

Job Purpose

The M&E Officers will be responsible for supporting accurate data collection, verification, analysis, and reporting of project indicators in line with OCHA and UNHCR requirements, ensuring timely and high-quality reporting across all settlements.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection and Management

• Coordinate and oversee routine data collection across assigned settlements
• Ensure accurate tracking of key OCHA indicators, including water access and service levels, sanitation coverage, and hygiene promotion reach
• Support field teams in proper use of data collection tools

Reporting and Documentation

• Compile and submit weekly, monthly, and periodic reports
• Ensure timely reporting into systems such as ActivityInfo and UNHCR Indicator platforms
