SME Logbook Champions

About the Role

Premier Credit Limited is seeking dynamic and experienced SME Logbook Champions to join our team across our branch network. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing our innovative SME Logbook product to potential clients, providing financial guidance, and driving sales growth in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Market the institution's SME Logbook product to all potential clients in both existing and new markets who own motor vehicles
• Provide advice to clients on borrowing and loan management in logbook financing
• Monitor loan portfolios and ensure client retention
• Solve client problems promptly and escalate any unresolved queries
• Meet minimum sales targets for the week, month, and quarter
• Recruit and train team members

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution, preferably in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies, or Business Administration
• Experience in the payroll lending sector is an added advantage

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in credit, sales, and marketing, preferably in a financial or insurance institution
