Key Responsibilities

As a Manager, you will lead operations and ensure excellent customer service delivery in our hospitality establishment.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor degree
12 years of relevant experience
Experience in hospitality (added advantage)

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Honest, disciplined, and team-oriented approach
Strong commitment to excellent customer service
