Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Lead High School (LHS), a new institution opening in Bobi Omoro District in January 2027.

The Leadership & Discipleship Coordinator provides direct support to the spiritual, moral, and leadership formation of students. The role involves planning, implementing, and overseeing student leadership programs, Christian discipleship pathways, and mentorship activities that promote character development, biblical values, and responsible citizenship.

The Coordinator works closely with teachers, chaplains, counselors, and student leaders to develop a thriving culture of Christian faith, integrity, and servant leadership across the school.

Key Responsibilities

Spiritual Leadership and Cultural Modeling

• Model a mature and active Christian faith in all professional duties
• Lead and contribute to daily devotions, prayer meetings, and school chapels
• Uphold and promote Christian values across the school community
