Machapala Group is recruiting for its subsidiary, Machame Refineries, a fast-growing energy company commissioning a state-of-the-art pyrolysis plant in Nyenga, Jinja. The plant will convert waste tyres and plastics into pyrolysis oil and other sustainable fuels, contributing to industrial energy solutions and circular economy development.

Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth through market development, customer acquisition, and relationship management for pyrolysis oil and related products.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives
• Identify and develop new markets and customer segments
• Manage customer relationships effectively to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Develop and execute pricing strategies, contracts, and sales agreements
• Gather and utilize market intelligence and competitive insights
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely and efficient product delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in B2B or industrial sales
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent customer relationship management abilities
