Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our leadership team as Deputy Principal. You will support the Principal in administration and management while overseeing the quality and development of our nursing and midwifery programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Principal in administration and management
• Oversee academic programs and ensure quality training standards
• Supervise staff and support professional development
• Coordinate planning, reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Act in the Principal's absence
• Lead Tutors/Trainers and teach assigned subjects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Midwifery
• Postgraduate Diploma in Health Education

Experience and Skills

• At least 3 years' teaching experience (preferred)
• Proven leadership and administrative experience
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Team player with willingness to work in a rural setting
