Process Plant Operator – I

About the Role

Bulyanhulu Gold Mine is seeking to recruit a Process Plant Operator – Level I to join our team. In this role, you will carry out Work Instructions within the Process Plant Circuits safely on a shift basis. You will apply your skills and knowledge as a Level I Operator while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures to meet operational targets.

Key Performance Areas

• Demonstrate great concern for health, safety, and environmental awareness daily
• Maintain zero equipment damage or incidents with minimal breakdowns
• Achieve zero incidents and accidents (MTI, RDI, and LTI)
• Ensure zero environmental incidents daily
• Complete Field Level Risk Assessments in compliance with requirements
• Comply with required PPE usage at all times
• Safely and effectively operate mobile equipment and machinery daily
• Maintain 100% compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure accurate shift handovers at 100% compliance
• Report and address identified faults and problems without delay
• Record all identified faults daily
• Complete required pre-start inspections accurately and correctly
• Consistently add value to the team (as validated by your leader)
• Complete at least 80% of required planned training courses
