Process Operator

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The primary role is the operation of the brewing and associated process areas, execution of quality control checks and analyses, coaching of other team members, and supporting the Brewing Technician Artisan in carrying out asset care activities.

Key Responsibilities

Shift-Based Production Performance and Processes

• Interpret and implement production plans for your shift
• Monitor and control production processes on shift using correct tools as per VPO standards (OWS, Team Rooms, 5S, etc.)
• Perform quality analysis and ensure process quality and productivity are achieved during your shift
• Manage waste and by-products on shift

Shift Team Performance

• Ensure and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Communicate effectively in the workplace
• Use escalation procedures to ensure reduced time to react
• Execute VPO implementation plans as per VPO standards
• Ensure proper understanding of VPO standards among team members
• Execute on goals and ensure shift goals are met

Administration

• Ensure application of administration systems and procedures
