## Title: National Account Manager — Wholesale

About the Role

This position represents an excellent career development opportunity. As National Account Manager — Wholesale, you will be responsible for managing and growing wholesale revenue through strategic relationships with Internet Service Providers (ISPs), Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), and national and international carrier partners.

Key Responsibilities

Wholesale Revenue Target Achievement

  • Achieve a minimum of 70% of the assigned monthly wholesale revenue target, with consistent drive towards 100% and above
  • Manage the full revenue lifecycle for the assigned wholesale partner portfolio, from initial engagement through contract execution and revenue recognition
  • Maintain a qualified sales pipeline equivalent to a minimum of 5X TCV of the assigned revenue target at all times
  • Identify and pursue incremental revenue opportunities within existing partner relationships through bandwidth upgrades, service expansions, and new route additions

About the Wholesale Portfolio

You will drive revenue generation across the wholesale product portfolio, including:

  • IP Transit (IPT)
  • International Private Leased Circuits (IPLC)
  • Backhaul services
  • Layer 2 (L2) services
  • MPLS

Strategic Objectives

The role involves identifying opportunities to extend the value proposition through relevant technology solutions applicable to the wholesale segment. You will help build the company's partner ecosystem, positioning the organization as the infrastructure and capacity partner of choice for telecommunications operators and service providers in Tanzania and across the East African corridor.

Required Qualifications

  • Deep technical fluency in wholesale telecommunications services
  • Strong commercial acumen and business development skills
  • Established relationships within the regional carrier and wholesale community
