Senior Site Manager

Job Purpose

To lead and optimize multi-department operations across a large manufacturing or industrial site, driving strategic initiatives, cross-functional coordination, and long-term performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Set site strategy aligned with corporate goals including capacity planning, cost reduction, automation, and sustainability initiatives
• Oversee multiple department managers including Production, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, Health & Safety, and Warehouse operations
• Manage site P&L, budgets, and capital projects including equipment upgrades and new production lines
• Drive a culture of operational excellence and zero harm with safety as the top priority
• Liaise with sales, supply chain, and finance teams for monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) reviews
• Develop succession plans and leadership training programs for site personnel
• Benchmark site performance and implement best practices from other facilities
• Represent the site during internal and external audits including ISO, regulatory, and customer audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management (MBA preferred)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification strongly preferred

Required Experience

• 12+ years in manufacturing leadership
• At least 5 years as a Site Manager or Deputy Site Manager in a medium-to-large facility with 150+ employees
