Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee all operational activities across multiple sites or a very large single site, including production, supply chain, engineering, quality, and HSE, to achieve business targets efficiently and safely.

Job Purpose

To oversee all operational activities across multiple sites or a very large single site, including production, supply chain, engineering, quality, and HSE, to achieve business targets efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operations strategy across departments and sites
• Set and track KPIs (cost, quality, delivery, safety, morale) for each operational unit
• Drive continuous improvement programs (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, 5S) at enterprise level
• Manage annual operating budgets and approve major expenditures
• Collaborate with HR for workforce planning, talent development, and industrial relations
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001)
• Lead major incident investigations and implement systemic fixes
• Report to executive leadership on operational performance and strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain
• MBA required or strongly preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification

Required Experience

• 15+ years in operations/manufacturing
• At least 8 years in senior leadership (Operations Manager, Plant Manager, or Site Manager) overseeing multiple departments or multiple sites
