Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Relationship Manager for our Chinese Desk to define and execute strategic client plans that ensure the development of strong business relationships and the delivery of profitable and integrated banking products and services. You will focus on ensuring client profitability, increased revenue, risk optimisation, and consistent service delivery for Chinese clients across Retail and Business Banking (RBB).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic client plans in collaboration with product partners, managing and driving implementation with a focus on RBB
- Grow portfolio value in line with agreed targets through cross-selling and up-selling a variety of products and services to customers
- Conduct portfolio returns analysis (vs. prior year and budget), cross-sell analysis, and net profit growth analysis with proactive management of the portfolio pipeline and activities using appropriate tools
- Identify sales and service opportunities and offer solutions appropriate for customer needs
- Develop critical relationships with client decision makers, regularly and proactively defining and communicating commercial opportunities for new and existing clients
- Utilise all customer contact processes, channels, and products to develop a better understanding of customer needs
