Position Overview

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The key purpose of this role is to support the optimum use of RTM Tech and support frontline adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Run spatial analysis to identify geographical gaps and outlets sliced on map based on required profile (volume, segmentation, sales manager area, sales rep area) to best deploy resources and cover geographical gaps optimally
• Take accountability for the technical support of BEES Suite (BEES Customer, BEES Force, BEES Care, BEES Grow)
• Ensure system bugs are escalated and addressed promptly
• Take accountability for DMS Distributor inventory; ensure timely reimbursement by the distributor for issued inventory and keep an up-to-date asset database
• Provide operational support to the field Sales and distribution teams
• Make timely changes to the DMS system to ensure smooth transactions by Sales and distributor teams (e.g., product changes, price changes, customer profiles)
• Profile new customers, upload customer data in DMS system, and create route plans to minimize system tardiness
• Make changes to schedules as requested and upload them promptly
• Run daily and weekly reporting and analysis
