Quality Performance Engineer

About the Role

Yas Tanzania is seeking a qualified Quality Performance Engineer to join our professional services team in Dar es Salaam. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in ensuring quality of service standards and supporting our regulatory compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Align with TCRA & UCSA F Zonal teams for Quality of Service (QOS), issue resolutions, and joint External Interference visits
• Perform analysis through CSW/Meta Enterprise Centre and prepare Zonal Performance Reports for regulatory entities including UCSA F and TCRA
• Support the technology department in understanding customer needs and expectations through Zonal market visits
• Handle customer complaint matters received from TCRA, UCSA F, and other regulatory bodies
• Interface with NOC to ensure timely complaint processing, resolution, and stakeholder feedback
• Support Quality teams in regional offices and collaborate with customer service teams on Voice of Customer (VOC) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) reports, follow-up, and resolutions

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated strong planning and organizational abilities
• Independent work style with positive attitude and high integrity
• Customer management and communication expertise

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
• Proven experience in optimizations and customer management
