Operations Manager

About the Position

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. We seek an experienced Operations Manager to oversee retail operations, manage teams, and ensure excellent customer experiences in our furniture showroom.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or Supply Chain/Logistics
• Certifications in Retail Management or Operations/Supply Chain (optional but valuable)

Work Experience

• 3–5+ years' experience in retail operations
• Experience in furniture showroom or related industry (preferred)
• Proven experience managing teams
• Demonstrated success in inventory control and sales performance

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage staff, providing training and motivation
• Manage inventory control, stock ordering, and supplier coordination
• Plan logistics and delivery operations
• Develop and implement sales strategies including upselling and cross-selling
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure excellent showroom experiences
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage profitability
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports
• Coordinate with suppliers and management on operational issues
