Position Overview

The successful candidate will report to the Mechanical Engineer – Boiler and will be responsible for supporting boiler operations, maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting activities to ensure efficient and reliable plant performance.

This role requires technical competence in boiler systems, preventive maintenance, equipment inspection, and operational support within industrial environments. You will work closely with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime, improve equipment reliability, and maintain safe boiler operations according to company standards and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of boiler systems and auxiliary equipment
• Ensure optimal boiler performance while minimizing plant downtime
• Support boiler operations according to prescribed safety standards and operational procedures
• Conduct inspections, audits, servicing, and maintenance of boiler systems during scheduled operations and off-crop maintenance periods
• Monitor boiler and auxiliary equipment performance and report operational issues
• Collaborate with team members to implement maintenance strategies and operational plans
• Participate in technical training programs to improve knowledge and skills in boiler operations and maintenance
• Support efficient factory operations and overall plant initiatives
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company safety standards
