Hr Business Partner

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified HR Business Partner to serve as the primary HR reference contact for staff and line management at KCB Bank. In this role, you will proactively support the delivery of HR processes and drive organizational performance through strategic human resources initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion organization design and change initiatives in liaison with line management, developing business-aligned structural and staffing changes
• Lead, manage, and execute the performance management framework, including annual performance cycles, reviews, appraisals, moderation, and performance improvement programs
• Develop and execute manpower plans, recruitment, and selection strategies in collaboration with the Resourcing Department
• Identify and develop training interventions to bridge skill gaps and business competency needs in liaison with the HR Learning and Development team
• Drive and sustain talent management strategy and plans, including talent identification, development, retention, and succession planning for key and critical roles
• Support an enabling work environment through implementation of staff recognition, disciplinary, and grievance handling policies and procedures
• Develop performance-oriented reward and incentive propositions for staff in collaboration with the Reward and Policy Department
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, department heads, line managers, functional directors, regional managers, and branch managers
• Maintain accurate and consistent HR data, records, and statistics

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field
