Head, Financial Institutions AND Investor Services

Position Overview

As Head of Financial Institutions and Investor Services, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive growth and revenue within the Financial Institutions (Banks), Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFIs), and Investor Services segments through both strategic product management and direct sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive growth and revenue within Financial Institutions, Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFIs), and Investor Services segments
• Lead both strategic product management and direct sales activities, including exploring new economic frontiers and corridors
• Foster strong client relationships and identify market opportunities
• Shape product offerings for these segments
• Ensure delivery of tailored transaction banking solutions within the Tanzanian market
• Achieve set financial targets and manage risk
• Contribute to the overall strategic objectives of the Transaction Banking business

Requirements

• First Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
